Biography

Changyo Han is a Project Lecturer (Assistant Professor equivalent) in Interfaculty of Interdisciplinary Information Studies, the University of Tokyo.

His research interests include creating variety of physical interfaces for Human-Computer Interaction. During his PhD course, he focused on tangible interaction integrating 3D-printed physical interfaces to pressure-sensitive touch surfaces. He continues to work on prototyping of physical interfaces utilizing digital fabrication and wireless commnication technologies.

Previously, he has done research on high-speed optical communication systems during his master course and professional job at ETRI.
